(I Vow to Eliminate Desire and Sustain Thoughts of Loving Kindness, Compassion and Harmlessness Toward all Beings),

Right Speech

(I Vow to only Speak Truthful, Kind, Polite, Meaningful and Harmless Thoughts),

Right Action

(I Vow to Wholeheartedly Perform only Beneficial, Kind and Selfless Actions),

Right Livelihood

(I Vow to Pursue a Livelihood which is Beneficial for all Beings),

Right Effort

(I Vow to Purify my Mind and to Sustain Right Effort for its own Sake),

Right Mindfulness

(I Vow to Maintain Awareness, Attentiveness and Clear Comprehension in all Thoughts and Actions) and

Right Concentration

(I Vow to Strengthen my Concentration in order to Gain Insight, Free my Attachments and Eliminate my Suffering).
